Our Supportive Family Program for Teens and Families Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) is a clinical program that serves high risk, multi-issue young adolescents between the ages of 13-18.
The Budding Elm DBT program specializes in identifying and treating depression, anxiety and risky behaviour including self-injury, suicidal ideation and suicide attempts, physical fighting, substance use, eating disorders, and other forms of risk taking.
Our program targets five areas:
