About Me

No matter your story, the way you choose to share it can shape everything. Tiffany is a Labradorian from the North who thrives on humour and joy, and she almost always has a smile on her face. She understands that seeking help can be challenging and is dedicated to helping you uncover and trust the strength that already exists within you.

With over a decade of experience in the non-profit sector and mental health crisis response, Tiffany has worked with children, youth, and families from diverse backgrounds. As a third-culture kid, she is especially passionate about supporting Indigenous youth and immigrant families in her community. She uses integrative, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed approaches to foster a safe, empathetic space for healing.

When she’s not counselling, Tiffany enjoys travelling, exploring new cultures, camping, hiking, biking, and spending time with her cat, Lulu.
