Join the Team

At The Budding Elm Counselling and Consultation Services, we’re more than just a psychotherapy clinic.

A team rooted in growth, compassion, curiosity, and care.

Who We Are

At The Budding Elm, we are a family-oriented, collaborative community of professionals committed to making a meaningful impact—for the individuals and families we serve, as well as within our own team. Our clinic is built on the belief that every role matters. From therapists and clinical supervisors to administrative staff and leadership, each team member directly shapes the warm, quality care our clients experience. We aren't just building a practice; we are cultivating a lasting, supportive community.

Our Approach to Care

We are intentional about the welcoming environment we create for individuals and families alike. We believe that structure isn't restrictive—it is what allows both our team and our clients to feel grounded, secure, and clear in their direction.

For our practitioners, this means working within a framework that prioritizes thoughtful goal-setting, clinical consistency, and accountability. We are not a clinic built on high turnover or a revolving door of clients. Instead, we focus on deep, focused engagement so clients of all ages can experience real progress and lasting change. We value professionals who recognize that structure deepens the therapeutic process and who are committed to helping families and individuals move forward with clarity and purpose.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking team members who are passionate about family-centered care, value both collaboration and accountability, and thrive in a structured, supportive setting. We look for individuals who:

  • Bring Intention: Show up with warmth and purpose in both clinical and operational roles.

  • Value Community: Care deeply about their impact within the team and the lives of the families and individuals we support.

  • Are Committed to Growth: Want to stay, contribute meaningfully, engage in grounded conversations, and evolve alongside the clinic.

Fit & Alignment

Not every clinic environment is the right fit for every practitioner, and that’s okay. We actively look for individuals whose personal values align with our family-oriented mission and our commitment to structured care, mutual respect, and intentional growth across all clinical, administrative, and leadership functions.

Rooted Together

If you are looking to be part of a practice where structure, grounded growth, and meaningful work come together, you may find your place at The Budding Elm.
