About TeleHealth

Online virtual counselling sessions are available to adult, teen & couple clients through The Budding Elm.  TeleHealth counselling, such as telephone and online sessions, will take place in a virtual counselling room, hosted through ZOOM or Jane - our client management booking system.

Virtual counselling is an alternative counselling platform that allows clients to receive support in the comfort of their own home. While preference is often given to in-person counselling, we understand that Telehealth counselling is another great option for those unable to attend an in-person session.

In order to safeguard youth confidentiality, The Budding Elm practice does not generally provide virtual counselling for youth under the age of 12. Some exceptions will be made.
